1. Services Offered
- Caton Creation Studio provides creative and advertising services, including but not limited to graphic design, branding, digital marketing, and content creation.

2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary materials, and approvals required for the completion of services.
- Payment of fees as agreed upon in the project proposal or agreement.
3. Fees and Payments

4. Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain the property of Caton Creation Studio until full payment is received.
- Clients will receive rights as outlined in the project agreement upon full payment.
5. Confidentiality
- Caton Creation Studio agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained from the client during the project.
- Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information of Caton Creation Studio disclosed during the project.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed and expenses incurred up to termination will apply.
7. Liability
- Caton Creation Studio's liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific project.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caton Creation Studio from any claims arising from their use of the services provided.
8. Modifications
These terms and conditions may be modified by Caton Creation Studio as necessary. Updated terms will be provided to clients for acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
10. Agreement
By engaging Caton Creation Studio’s services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
